Life is like this ....
I was happy to see two comments from friends........and I am pepped up. I have decided to continue this stupid journey in the Blogistan ..!
Compare this.......
He is a software engineer, earning a good pay cheque. He liked a girl 3 years back. Then she was studying in 10+2 (PU)........enter today......she is studying engineering degree in computer science.....{Obviously ...:-) }. When ever he went onsite he bought nice and expensive gifts to her. Fragrances, shoes, dresses, gadgets and more...!
He is a good looking boy .., She too is a smart girl ...!
4 years of friendship is too long & to give it some meaning either you end it or end it with marriage. ..!!!!!
He has decided that he can not live without her. She reciprocates his feelings.....and she too is equally committed.
Then enter the girl’s parents......"The boy is not our cast" they say. "His family and ours are only family friends....that's all...!!"
"If you marry him....we are dead or we will kill you.." says her uncle.
" I love him, I trust him ....I like him......!" girl is cool but worried.
The girl sincerely believed she can change her parents' heart....probably she would have done it ...unless her uncles ( I am not sure how many of them..!!) ...entry into our little story of him and her.
They said(Uncles ) " Take her mobile phone away, she is talking to him every day....he is poisoning her mind ..send her to mamas house in Jarkhand!!"
Parents' painful silence sent her to Jarkhand ..she fought with tears and uncles ......The beautiful places of mama’s Jarkhand home near the hills seemed endless desert to her....she prayed ....
He too had a fight with his parents .....as they thought he is wasting time and money and some part of his life on a stupid girl.......!
"If you say OK..., we will get 10 girls who can bring crores (read it DOWRY !!) " They (his parents) said.
He took his friends and straight ….he went to Jarkhand. Spoke to her some how.. and said..."Be ready today is the time.."
They fled ....... he bought her 10 beautiful dresses as she did not have any ...they stayed in a hotel for few days.....
Her parents and uncles ....did all they can to locate them.....in vain...!
They came home after a week....his mother gave them a blissful ARATHI ...and...... welcome home to newly weds....!!
OK ….. So.....Compare what ..?
I don't know....think it over ...... ...!!
